i know you're not here yet but you'll hear this,
death is defnite so don't don't fear it,

My favourite one so far is the second point: Not bearing grudges, makes you healthy. I think that is true.
As far as I see it, holding grudges is a black emotion. A black emotion needs to be rid of along with things like jealousy. It's all about achieving to be a better person with being aware of God in your surroundings.
And for the worriers: and chase away your worries by remembering the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon you.
