I had to read the Scottish poem from the anthology out in front of my whole class, cos I could do the accent. I got a round of applause!
There were loads of people who could read Half-Caste accurately, so they didn't get a round of applause...
ooooh we had to do SO MANY essays on Half caste comparing it to that other one where the poet's pretending to be a news reporter or something in a scottish accent...
I can't believe i can't remember!
