Oldham college i can see there!

An attempt to show the beautiful sunshine in Oldham today:

Unfortunately it is pretty hard t get a decent image in the sunlight. Especially on a camera phone.

Come on people! you all have phones!

That first pic I took (the best on) is 320x240. The standard vga camrea can do atleast twice as good! (they do not look very good on the phones[poor screens], transfer them to the PC to see how they really look)

And another one from about a month ago:

This one was trying to capture a rainbow on a sunny day.

The sky is supposed to be blue... and it was a very bright day. The image has come across as a total opposite.

It is really striking.

You can even see a lampost!

(the criss crossing lines in the sky are probably are from airplanes liquidising the water in the air...)

The last pic admin showed is pretty. the other one you can hardly see much cuz of the sunshine but nonetheless and ok attempt

(Hayder, one of them is from that bride. It was too sunny to get a decent pic...)

I am gona take pics of scot and post them up here, its ok 2day but most of the times its rather gloomy. i dont think my phone camera has that good a quality 😢

its arabic script.........not sure where from, so i cant say!

I was thinking it would be kinda cool to turn quotes from the Qur'an that turn into chapter names into the thing itself.

Like "the cow" - the whole surah into a large caligraphic cow.

And do the whole Qur'an that way.

Just an interesting thought - or is that sorta flirting with the rules
